User training - brief description Our service portfolio includes professional user-training programmes taking place in our own modern training room or, if requested, on the client's site. Our lecturers are certified specialists having extensive experience gained in large-scale projects. We provide training for the following user levels:
Training is usually part of the implementation stage of IS projects, but can also take the form of an independent programme. We provide training in the use of selected software products and, as the case may require, specific skills of various descriptions. Our lecturers are certified consultants providing clients with day-to-day service, handling complex and challenging problems and using the target technologies for hands-on training. We have equipped our modern training room with new computers and audio & video technology. The training is a combination of theory and hands-on use of new skills. The trainees usually receive printed learning materials to take away after the course completion. |
