Application for Accessing the State’s Basic Registers
The application allows authorised users to search online for information in the population register, identity card register, misdemeanour register, criminal record, driver register, vehicle register and AISEO using the details provided for the person being searched. It consolidates results from the individual sources into a clear, structured format, making the available information easy to review and process further.
The retrieved data can be viewed directly in the application or exported as an exact PDF report. All user activity and every access to personal data are logged in detail, ensuring that individual operations are traceable and supporting the secure handling of sensitive information. The search engine can also be used by other information systems through a web services API, allowing it to be integrated into related workflows.
Municipal Waste Management Application
The application obtains data on businesses operating in the Czech Republic from available state registers, particularly the Czech Statistical Office and the Trade Licensing Register, and keeps the information continuously up to date. In addition to identification details, addresses and business activities, it checks whether a business has suspended its operations. Based on territorial jurisdiction, it then creates an up-to-date overview of the entities administered by the relevant authority and provides a reliable data foundation for municipal waste management.
Authorities can use the application to contact businesses through official data mailboxes and manage the entire process, from pricing and ordering waste collection services to the automated generation of contracts and invoices between the authority and the business. The solution also supports integration with the authority’s internal systems, especially its document management and accounting systems, reducing manual data entry, simplifying administration and preserving continuity across all stages of the process.
